Job summary

RGS Landscape and Arbor Care is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to install plant materials and irrigation modifications at Riverside job sites, following schedules, specs, and safety rules. You will support the Enhancement Foreman and ensure timely, high‑quality installations while upholding company standards.

This role requires basic horticulture knowledge, ability to operate landscape tools, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of landscape materials and their proper installation.
• Ability to interact effectively with associates, customers, vendors and management.
• Ability to read and interpret written and verbal orders.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Professionalism and safety awareness while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs site rough and finish grading, installs drainage, irrigation controllers and systems, plants, mulch and basic concrete work.
• Ensures materials are installed per plan details for turnover to maintenance.
• Communicates with Foreman and team to coordinate tasks and methods.
• Maintains accurate job records and reports concerns promptly.
• Follows all safety policies and maintains productivity.
• Operates machinery and tools safely and keeps area tidy.
• Keeps time sheets accurate and starts/finishes on schedule.
