Job summary

Christian Brothers Outdoor Services in Grant, MI seeks a dependable Landscape Enhancement Crew Member to install and maintain attractive, high-quality outdoor spaces. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work, pays close attention to detail, and works well with a team.

Pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for advancement. You’ll weed landscape beds, install mulch and edging, trim shrubs, assist with plantings, and help keep sites clean and safe in all seasons.

Qualifications

• Previous landscape-maintenance experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical outdoor work.
• Comfortable working in changing weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Weed and maintain landscape beds.
• Install mulch, decorative stone, and landscape edging.
• Trim bushes and shrubs using hand and power tools.
• Assist with landscape-bed installations.
• Install plants, edging, mulch, and stone.
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris.
• Follow instructions and complete work safely and efficiently.
• Assist with snow and ice removal during the winter season.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
