Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking an Enhancement Crew Member to join our team focused on landscape enhancement projects for a diverse client base. You will perform planting, mulching, pruning, and seasonal color displays, following plans and plant specs on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape enhancement or related field.
• Valid 2A Hoisting license or willingness to obtain one.
• Comfortable using smartphones and time-tracking applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of plant material, hardscape installation, and seasonal enhancement practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape enhancement tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and installing seasonal color displays.
• Follow proper landscaping techniques and adhere to safety practices at all times.
• Operate vehicles and equipment as required for project completion.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and property managers on-site.
• Read and implement enhancement plans and plant specifications accurately.
