Job Description:

The Landscape Enhancement Supervisor is responsible for working on a crew of one to two team members. The crew installs landscape projects such as planting trees and shrubs; property renovations; seeding and sodding lawns; and other related landscape installation services.

Daily activities include the installation of:

• Planting beds
• Trees and shrubs
• Seeded and sodded lawns
• Mulch, stone, landscape fabric, etc.
• Drainage
• Annual color displays
• Other related landscape projects.

Experience:

• Landscape construction
• Working knowledge of horticultural practices
• Irrigation Repair and Maintenance
• 1+ years experience in leading a crew

Candidate must have a desire to complete projects on time and within budget while meeting Naylor Landscape Management’s quality standards and ability to work with team members, vendors and clients in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.

Licenses:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License
• Chauffeur’s license
