Pay Range DOE: $15.00 - $20.00/hour.

Work Schedule: Varies; this is a temp-to-hire position with potential for full-time permanent placement.

This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. Employees may contribute pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) to our retirement plan, with a minimum age of 18.

Job Summary

Goodwill Staffing seeks experienced hardscape or installation workers for our landscaping client's Landscape Enhancement Crew. If you have experience in renovation, enhancements, irrigation, planting, developing hardscapes, or building retaining walls, we want to meet you. If you lack direct hardscape experience but are willing to learn, apply now.

Essential Functions

• Building rock beds
• Laying sod
• Working on irrigation systems
• Building retaining walls
• Planting trees and shrubs
• Maintaining tools, equipment, machinery, and vehicles
• Working safely to prevent accidents
• Following crew leader instructions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in landscaping or construction preferred
• Previous hardscape or installation experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work in a crew and follow directions
• Flexible schedule, reliable commute, punctuality, positive attitude, strong work ethic
