Job description

Prairie Blue Landscapesis looking for a hard-working, reliable team player to join our company as a Driver and Shop Assistant. This is a position for someone looking for a long-term career path with a successful company in which they can take pride in the quality of their work.

As a Driver and Shop Assistant you will help with dispatching the crews each morning, including pre-fueling and pre-loading vehicles. You will assist with maintaining neat, organized and efficient operating conditions throughout the yard, including organizing materials. This role is also responsible for receiving, picking up and delivering materials to job sites. The driver is expected to work with construction crews when on job sites or when there is downtime. This position reports to the Shop & Yard Manager and requires understanding of the safe operation of equipment.

Driver and Shop Assistant candidates must have a minimum of 3 year experience, the ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical field work, have a Class C Commercial Drivers License and a good driving record.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
