Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Driver for our Landscape Maintenance team in Panama City, FL. This dual role drives a Juniper truck and trailer and supports the crew on-site with landscape tasks. Safe operations and consistent quality are essential.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspections, mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, and using hand and power tools. Physical endurance is required for extended outdoor work in heat and sun.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
