Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance contract requirements in a timely manner.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Operate hand tools and maintenance equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc.).
• Mow properties weekly; edge and weed beds; care for turf and flowers.
• Apply fertilizers and pest control as appropriate.
• Report time worked according to procedures.
• Interact professionally with crew and customers.
• Work all assigned hours and adhere to dress/conduct expectations.
