Job summary

Juniper is seeking Drivers for our Landscape Enhancement teams in Fort Myers, FL. This dual role combines driving a Juniper truck and trailer with hands-on landscape installation work at job sites, delivering safe, high-quality results for our clients.

As a member of our crew, you will perform sod laying, paver and hardscape installations, irrigation work, mulch placement, and general landscape duties while upholding our safety standards and company values. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Lay sod.
• Install pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Install mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Dig trenches and holes.
• Prep soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-water.
• Move soil, equipment and materials.
• Use hand tools and power equipment.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
