Job summary
Juniper Landscaping, Inc. in Fort Pierce, FL is hiring a Driver Crew Member for our Enhancements teams. This full-time role combines driving a 24’ truck and trailer with hands-on landscape installation duties on job sites.
You will lay sod, install pavers and hardscape, mulch, irrigation, and perform soil prep and site prep. Must have a valid driver's license and be prepared for long periods outdoors in sun. Bi-lingual a plus; we offer health benefits, a 401K, and PTO.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.
- Experience safely operating a truck and trailer is preferred.
- Landscape installation knowledge and plant material familiarity encouraged.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor work in heat/sun.
Responsibilities
- Safely driving a company truck with a 24’ trailer to job sites.
- Laying sod, installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
- Installing mulch and irrigation systems; soil preparation.
- Digging trenches, moving soil, and using hand/power tools as needed.
- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
