BrightView is hiring a Landscape Detail Laborer to join our team in a physically demanding outdoor role. You will perform lawn and bed maintenance, planting, irrigation tasks, and basic landscape duties using hand and power tools.

Ideal candidates can lift 40 lbs, work in extreme heat, and operate shovels and gas-powered shears. We offer a competitive wage and a supportive crew environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs while performing landscaping tasks.
• Experience with sod, mulch, planting, irrigation, and general bed maintenance.
• Comfort working in extreme heat and direct sunlight for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Use hand or power tools to perform landscape and irrigation duties.
• Lay sod, mulch, plant trees/shrubs/flowers, water, bed maintenance, Fertilizing, digging, raking.
• Perform additional landscaping or hardscape tasks as assigned.
