Job summary

Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. in Tampa is seeking a Landscape Designer to join an interdisciplinary team that creates vibrant, resilient places for private and public projects, including retail destinations, communities, campuses, streetscapes, parks and plazas.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3+ years of commercial experience in a professional design/landscape architectural setting.
BLA or MLA in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program (MLA preferred).

Responsibilities

Work with multi-disciplinary project teams, assist in developing site design from concept through construction
Prepare graphics, by hand and by computer, for design development, presentations and public process materials
Assist in producing construction documents: layout, materials, grading, planting plans, technical details, and write specifications
Assist in preparing estimates of probable construction costs
Conduct construction site visits and plant tagging
