Job summary

Halff in Richardson, TX is seeking new graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Landscape Designer role. You will assist with all phases of public and private sector projects from field reviews through design development, construction plans, and post-design services.

This position offers a clear path for professional growth, collaboration with senior landscape architects and engineers, and potential ownership in the firm as you contribute to successful projects and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience in Sketchup and Lumion is preferred.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and highly motivated.
• Ability to travel periodically primarily in state to support project needs.

Responsibilities

• Landscape architectural and planning project support
• Work directly with landscape architects, civil engineers, surveyors, project managers and contractors
• Participate in site inventory and analysis
• Assist with project research and data compilation to be used in design process
• Produce conceptual site planning and graphics (hand and digital), schematic/preliminary design plans and graphics, design development and construction document plans and details
