Job summary

PureGreen Land Group is seeking a Landscape Designer to prepare complete, accurate, and profitable project estimates for commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects. The role analyzes scope, specs, and site conditions to determine labor, materials, and equipment costs while protecting margins.

It also develops designs to support sales, bids, and client presentations. The designer supports pre-construction planning and delivers detailed budget breakout and organized estimate

Qualifications

• Must be able to prepare accurate, profitable project estimates for landscape construction and enhancement.
• Ability to analyze project scope, specs and site conditions to determine labor, material and equipment costs.
• Experience developing designs to support sales, bids, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specs to create accurate cost estimates for landscape projects.
• Gather take-off data for bid proposals.
• Develop complete cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Obtain and review quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Ensure all scope items are captured with no gaps.
• Develop landscape designs to support sales and bidding efforts.
• Compute total costs and utilize estimating software for bids.
• Maintain pricing database for accuracy and competitiveness.
