Job summary

Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ILASLA) is seeking a motivated Landscape Designer to contribute to design and analysis of commercial building projects across diverse sectors. Opportunities exist in Rockford, Madison, Janesville, and Milwaukee offices.

You will handle site design from master planning to construction documentation, planting design, and stormwater management while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited landscape architecture program or a civil engineering focused degree.
• Experience designing with Civil3D (preferred) or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• The role is focused on site design from master planning through construction documentation, planting design and storm water management.
• Assisting project teams in detailed site inventory and analysis, site planning, conceptual development, design, and preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Collaborating with various internal departments within a multi-disciplinary firm.
