We are looking for an experienced Landscape Design & Build Crew Foreman to join our team and help lead the successful completion of hardscape and landscape projects.

What It Takes

  • A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Extensive experience with hardscaping, including boulder walls, pavers, patios, retaining walls, and other landscape construction elements.
  • Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and machinery, such as excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and loaders, for excavation and material handling.
  • Leadership skills to guide and manage a crew in completing hardscape and landscape installation projects.
  • Physical stamina to lift 40+ pounds repetitively, climb ladders and stairs, and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a crew in the construction and installation of hardscapes, including boulder walls, patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use on job sites.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Landscapes Unlimited's high-quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members, ensuring all work is executed to the highest level.
  • Interact with customers professionally and courteously, representing the company's values.
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment, following all safety protocols.
