Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in residential landscape design or landscape architecture.
• Strong plant knowledge; understanding of grading and drainage.
• Experience with hardscape design, pools, outdoor kitchens, fire and water features.
• Proficient CAD and 3D visualization: LandFX, SketchUp, Lumion.
• Portfolio of work required.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses including plant evaluations, soil and drainage assessments, lighting, viewsheds, and architectural context.
• Create concept plans, CAD drawings, and 3D rendered models.
• Incorporate environmental regulations and site constraints into designs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure design intent.
