Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Landscape Architecture student to assist in rendering production and drafting in AutoCAD for a range of urban development projects in Springfield, MA.

You will input redlines, organize AutoCAD details, and collaborate with technical experts on downtown revitalization, transit-oriented development, and housing initiatives while gaining hands-on design experience in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Prior experience or knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketchup/Rhino or Lumion preferred.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
• Successful criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production of renderings and graphics.
• Input redlines into AutoCAD.
• Organize and draft AutoCAD details.
• Work on downtown revitalization and streetscape improvement projects.
• Work on higher education and recreational facilities projects.
• Work on public and private housing projects.
• Work on transit-oriented development and mixed-use projects.
• Work directly with diverse technical experts in the Landscape Architecture group.
• Contribute within a supportive and collaborative design team environment.
