Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to perform mowing, trimming, planting, and clean-up on commercial properties. You will be outdoors in all weather, operating professional equipment, and contributing to high-quality property maintenance.

Responsibilities include performing tasks under the Crew Leader’s direction, loading equipment, and assisting with occasional snow removal. Training is provided for landscaping experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold).
• Valid driver’s license preferred; DOT certification may be required for some roles.
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE provided.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from the Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter where applicable.
