Pay Range

This range is provided by Village Green Landscapes. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary

This role is vital for completing landscape projects that exceed customer expectations. The Crew Member-Driver works with a team to install landscapes according to specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks related to softscape installation such as mulch, sod, and planting.
  • Assist in hardscape installation.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team and leadership.
  • Communicate effectively in various forms.
  • Make high-quality decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with landscape build projects including retaining walls, patios, and planting.
  • Operate and maintain equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Use technology to track and report jobs.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one.
