Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Crew Member

• Front-Line Employee: You are the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care.
• You perform landscape maintenance tasks at high quality and may assist with other lawn care duties.
• You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, perform physically demanding work, and lift/carry 35-80 pounds frequently.
• You ensure everything is wrapped up and ready for the next day.

How We Measure Success

• Attendance: Critical for meeting customer service goals. You must be present as scheduled.
• Budget vs Actual Hours: Managing time effectively to keep jobs profitable.
• Return Rates: Ensuring quality to minimize rework.
• Customer Retention: Building strong relationships through exceptional service.
• Utilization of Software & Processes: Using tools effectively to support all of the above.

Job Requirements for Landscaping Team Member

• At least one year of experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar fields.
• If inexperienced, willing to complete training within 6 months.

Additional minimum requirements are necessary for consideration.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range is $14.00 to $18.00, depending on experience.

Paid holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Paid vacation after 1 year of continuous service.
