Job summary

The Budd Group in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to help maintain outdoor spaces and take pride in well-kept landscapes. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay of $17/hour.

It provides steady weekday hours and a chance to stay active while contributing to our maintenance teams. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of landscaping experience, can operate a Zero Turn mower, lift 35 lbs repeatedly, and work well outdoors in varying weather

Qualifications

• 1–3 years landscaping experience.
• Must be experienced in operating a Zero Turn mower.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
