Conti Landscape Design is seeking 1–2 reliable Landscape Crew Members to join our Bergen County and Northern New Jersey team. The role emphasizes outdoor, hands-on landscape maintenance and daily field operations, with training provided for entry‑level applicants.

We value dependability, a willingness to learn, and teamwork. Pay is hourly, with overtime opportunities during peak season and room for advancement as the company grows. Immediate start available.

• Mulching and seasonal property cleanups.
• Hedge trimming and basic pruning work.
• Assisting with maintenance and repairs under supervision.
• Assisting crew leaders with daily landscaping tasks.
• Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials.
• Supporting outdoor maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
• Following safety procedures and keeping job sites clean and organized.

We are looking to hire 1–2 reliable Landscape Crew Members within the next two weeks to join our growing team at Conti Landscape Design. We are open to entry-level applicants with training provided. The most important qualities for this role are a willingness to work outdoors, eagerness to learn, and genuine care and pride in doing the job well. This is a hands‑on position focused on basic landscape maintenance, and general crew work. As the company grows, there will be opportunities for advancement. At this stage, we are primarily looking for dependable crew members to support daily field operations.

Responsibilities

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
