Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Residential Maintenance Crew Leader with 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience to lead a small crew on residential properties. You will manage daily routes, operate standard landscape equipment, and ensure high-quality results while coordinating with onsite contacts.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year in a crew-leading role, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience.
• Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, blowing, weeding, pruning, and general cleanup of residential properties with 1-2 crew members.
• Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.
• Track hours and materials for weekly maintenance route.
