Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites in Santa Ana, California. You will manage a 2–5 person crew to perform maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color work safely and to BrightView’s standards.

You will schedule tasks, train crew members, and liaise with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations. A valid driver’s license and demonstrated leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading landscape teams on client sites.
• Understanding of safety policies and equipment use.
• Ability to train and develop crew members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report to Operations Manager
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs are met
• Deliver services as specified on client sites
• Identify more efficient ways to perform work
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew
• Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew members
• Develop and train crew members
• Ensure equipment maintenance is performed and equipment is in good order
• Participate in branch meetings
• Capture crew time logs via ETC
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles
