Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in California is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, directing a crew of 2–5 to deliver tasks safely, efficiently and to BrightView’s quality standards. The role covers maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management, with strong emphasis on client satisfaction through effective leadership and service delivery.

Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew members.
Work with Operations Manager, helping to develop and train crew members.
Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
Deliver services as specified on client sites.
Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
