Position Overview

Ensure technicians complete tasks efficiently, maintaining detailed records of work performed.

Essential Duties

• Handle landscape materials such as plants, soil, mulch, gravel, pavers, etc.
• Manage a crew, providing direction, training, and coaching
• Operate equipment like mowers, blowers, trimmers, and edgers
• Interact with customers and supervisors
• Keep accurate records of materials and labor hours

Team Management

• Promote safety and environmental practices
• Communicate with leadership about team performance
• Oversee training and development
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2-3 years landscape experience
• 1+ years leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license
