Job summary

Cutting Edge Landscape in Boise, Idaho seeks a dependable Crew Leader to supervise a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance year-round, with seasonal snow support in winter months.

You will lead 2–3 crew members on sites, oversee mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, operate landscape equipment, ensure safety and quality, and report crew hours and materials. Seasonal snow duties are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2–3 team members on job sites.
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks.
• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools.
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion.
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials.
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding.
• Assist with snow removal during winter season.
