Job summary

Lawn Management Company (LMC) in Southwest Houston is hiring Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial clients. Drivers only must have a valid license and clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

These full-time positions offer weekly pay and benefits, with a focus on long-term career growth. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, weed control, debris pickup, and operating a backpack blower.

Qualifications

• 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training!
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age
• Drivers Only - Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of age
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day

• Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers
• Hand pulling weeds
• Picking up trash and yard debris
