Job summary

Lawn Management Company in Southwest Houston is seeking Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform lawn care maintenance for commercial clients. Drivers must have a valid license and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

These full-time roles offer weekly pay and benefits, with a long-term growth focus. Responsibilities include mowing with push and riding mowers, trimming with gas-powered trimmers, hand pulling weeds, debris pickup, and operating a backpack blower.

Qualifications

• 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience preferred; open to training.
• Bilingual—Spanish/English preferred
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age
• Drivers Only-Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of age
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day

Responsibilities

Lawn Management Company (LMC) is searching for Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial clients in Southwest Houston! Drivers only-- must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!
