Job summary

Cutting Edge is seeking a Landscape Supervisor to lead 3–4 installation crews on commercial projects in Utah. This role requires strong leadership, time management, and on-site coordination to meet deadlines.

You will delegate workloads, train crew leads, review daily status, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining efficient field operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial landscape installation and 3+ years supervising crews, with proficiency in reading blueprints.

Qualifications

• Able to lead other leaders.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of Landscape Supervisor experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Commercial Landscape Installation experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and use of architectural scale ruler.
• Able to pass a drug test.

This position requires a lot of attention to detail, high levels of efficiency and time management as you will be leading 3-4 installation crews as they with your help will complete commercial jobs.
