Tri Scapes LLC in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Superintendent to oversee 2–3 active municipal or commercial installation projects. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance multiple sites while keeping safety, schedule, and budget in check.

You will supervise on-site crews and subcontractors, interpret blueprints, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

3-5+ years supervising commercial landscape construction or related sites.
Proven track record managing multiple active job sites.
Experience vetting and directing subcontractors on commercial/municipal sites.
Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, irrigation, and heavy equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with clients and managers.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Multi-site management of 2–3 landscape construction projects at once.
Primary on-site contact for subcontractors; verify scope of work and milestones.
Direct all installation phases: grading, drainage, hardscaping, irrigation, planting, detailing.
Lead, mentor, and schedule internal field crews; communicate daily goals.
Read, interpret, and execute blueprints and technical specs accurately.
Coordinate timely delivery of materials, equipment, and tools.
Enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies; conduct toolbox talks.
Maintain daily logs and report progress to Project Managers.
