Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager - Install Division with hands‑on experience in both softscape and hardscape installations, along with a working knowledge of light civil construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing each project from estimator handoff through final walkthrough and close‑out documentation. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the project estimator, operations team, and logistics team to ensure seamless project execution, high‑quality results, and on‑time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned landscape installation projects from project handoff to closeout
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and contractors
• Collaborate with internal estimating and project management teams
• Ensure timely communication and follow‑up via email and internal systems
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Heritage's professional standards
• Represent the company in meetings and job-related functions

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in project management for construction or landscape projects
• Proven experience with both softscape and hardscape installations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self‑starter with excellent time management
• Professional, clear communicator
• Comfortable with in‑person client and vendor interaction
• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Holly, MI
