Join Mountain View Landscapes, a leading company in Western, MA and North Central, CT. Mountain View Landscapes specializes in providing exceptional services for custom landscapes.

We are currently seeking a skilled Landscape Project Construction Crew Member to join our team and contribute to our commercial and residential landscape projects. Crew Members work as part of a team installing plants, large trees and bushes, sodding, seeding, mulching, paver patios, and retaining walls.

This is not a training/apprenticeship position. We are looking for people with a strong background in professional landscaping installations.

Responsibilities

• Install custom landscapes, including planting large trees and bushes, seeding, sodding, paver patios, and retaining walls for large commercial and residential projects. Operate a skid steer and other power tools, and drive a truck and trailer.
• Maintain a positive attitude, focus on team goals, and follow directions.
• Perform on-call snow removal duties in winter.
• Ensure all projects meet the company's high standards for quality and aesthetics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites.
• Support various tasks as needed to ensure successful project completion.

• Experience in landscape construction or related fields.
