Landscape Construction Production Manager

We are seeking a Landscape Construction Production Manager for our growing landscape company in Louisa, VA.

Job duties include:

1. Scheduling projects and organizing labor and contractors.
2. Ordering materials and ensuring prompt delivery to job sites.
3. Monitoring and supervising installation of projects and providing assistance where needed.
4. Ensuring all project items are completed to the client's satisfaction.
5. Maintaining client contact throughout the project and providing daily updates on progress.
6. Keeping the job site clean and safe.
7. Preparing expense reports and analyzing job costs.
8. Maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
9. Performing service calls on past projects and installing small projects as directed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years landscape construction experience, including plant installation, patio construction, retaining walls, water features, synthetic turf, low voltage lighting, decks, fences, sheds, and landscape structures.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to drive CDL trucks is required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 100 lbs and operate small construction machinery.
• Proficient in trailer operation, including backing up and parking.
• Fluent in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

Position details:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
• Salary: $59,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience.
• Performance bonuses and commissions available.
