Job summary

ND Landscape Services in Georgetown, MA is hiring dependable Landscape Construction Laborers for our hands-on crews. You'll help build patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, drainage, lawns, plants and lighting to create outdoor living spaces.

Prior landscape experience is helpful but not required if you are dependable, eager to learn, and committed to a long-term career in the trades. This is a full-time role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Willing to learn and follow directions as part of a construction crew.
• Able to perform physical duties of outdoor construction with or without accommodation.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to Georgetown location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs and outdoor living spaces.
• Prepare jobsites and move construction materials.
• Assist with grading, drainage, planting and lawn installation.
• Use hand tools, power tools and compaction equipment.
• Learn to operate skid steers, excavators and other equipment based on experience and training.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Follow plans, work orders and direction from the foreman.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized jobsites.
• Work as part of a professional construction team.
• Participate in winter snow and ice operations.

ND Landscape Services is hiring dependable Landscape Construction Laborers to join our construction crews.

This is a hands‑on construction position. You will help build patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, drainage systems, lawns, plantings, lighting and complete outdoor living spaces.

Prior landscape experience is helpful, but it is not required for candidates who are dependable, willing to learn and interested in building a long‑term career in the trades.

The higher end of the pay range is intended for applicants with hardscape, masonry, excavation, equipment operation, truck and trailer or related construction experience.

• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Able to perform the essential physical duties of outdoor construction work, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Georgetown location
• Available for overtime and winter storm work as needed

Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, masonry, excavation, carpentry, irrigation, drainage, equipment operation or general construction is helpful but not required.
