Job summary

Alderwood Landscaping is seeking a hands-on landscape construction helper to assist in building patios, walkways, and other hardscape features at residential sites. You will operate hand tools and light equipment, loading and placing materials, and working with the crew outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications emphasize being 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., reliable transport to sites, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Job description

Alderwood Landscaping specializes in custom, high-end residential landscape construction — outdoor living spaces, fire features, water features, and stone hardscapes. We do not perform lawn maintenance or commercial/tract work.

Pay: $24.00–$29.00+/hour, depending on experience, plus average production incentives of $2.50–$3.00+/hour. Benefits included (see below).
