P&L Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our crew on high-quality landscape and hardscape projects across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. This on-site role requires someone who can manage field operations, read plans, and guide crews to deliver top workmanship.

The ideal candidate has hands-on landscape construction and hardscape experience, prior crew leadership, and a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a landscape construction crew.
• Direct experience with patios, walkways, and walls is preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew
• Coordinate daily work and assign tasks to crew members
• Read and work from landscape plans and project specifications
• Oversee installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, plantings, grading, drainage, irrigation, and other landscape features
• Keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and job-site logistics
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot field issues and communicate with project management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Train, motivate, and set expectations for crew members
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed

P&L Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman

to lead landscape and hardscape installations throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.

We are an established, award-winning landscape company with a reputation for quality workmanship. We're looking for someone who knows the trade, can lead from the field, and takes pride in seeing a project done right.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on landscape construction and/or hardscape experience
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, planting, hardscape installation, and general landscape construction
• Ability to operate landscape and construction equipment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, professional, and able to lead by example
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work as needed
