Job summary

Rine Landscape Group is seeking a dependable Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our hands-on team. You will install plants, patios, retaining walls, natural stone, lawns, and other landscape features under a Crew Leader's guidance, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. Reliable transportation to the shop and sites is required.

A driver’s license is not necessary. We provide training; prior landscape experience helps but is not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to the shop and assigned jobsites.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions.
• Willingness to learn landscape-construction practices and safe equipment operation.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plant installation, including transporting plants, soil prep, amendments, and placing plant material.
• Move materials around jobsites using wheelbarrows, tarps, and hand tools.
• Prepare planting areas and install hardscape elements like patios and walls.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsites; interact with clients professionally.
