Job summary

Environmental Designs is seeking a dependable landscape crew member in Castle Rock, CO to help uphold company standards in all client and team interactions. You will assist managers with morning safety meetings, perform daily safety inspections, and coordinate accurate timekeeping and job-site paperwork.

Responsibilities include landscape maintenance such as pruning, planting, and mowing, plus reporting equipment issues and ensuring safe operation.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
• Supervisor experience; 3+ year managing crews.
• Ability to pass driving requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Valid drivers’ license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility

Job Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiate repair of any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
• Communicate with Supervisor on topics such as, but not limited to, crew members, equipment issues, and job related concerns.
