Landscape Construction Crew Leader

Enhancement & Installation Projects

$24-$30/hour | Based on Experience

Rockaway, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Landscape Construction Crew Leader to lead enhancement and installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on executing high-quality landscape work, supervising a crew, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Rockaway standards. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results for our clients. We're willing to teach skills. We cannot teach reliability, accountability, and work ethic. If you're the type of person who shows up every day ready to work, lead, and improve, we want to hear from you.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: Start at 7:00 AM until the day's work is complete
• Fridays: Available for make-up days, weather delays, or additional project work as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a landscape construction crew on enhancement and installation projects
• Take ownership of assigned projects, production goals, and job quality
• Ensure proper installation of landscape enhancements including plantings, sod, mulch, drainage systems, irrigation components, and hardscape features
• Assist with project layout and execution according to plans and specifications
