Qualifications

• Entry-level apprenticeship seeking to learn a skilled trade.
• Advancement based on demonstrated capability.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work and lift requirements.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain Class E license before hire.

Responsibilities

• Support landscape construction, outdoor living, and pool-related field work.
• Assist with planting, soil preparation, grading, drainage, hardscape, and finish work.
• Support excavation, base preparation, compaction, patios, walls, steps, structures, and finish materials.
• Assist with site protection, staging, backfill, grading, coping, decking, and pool project readiness.
• Learn to use hand tools, power tools, equipment, and materials safely.
• Load, unload, stage, and secure materials, tools, trailers, and equipment.
• Keep jobsites, tools, materials, trucks, and client property clean and protected.
• Report hazards, mistakes, damage, missing information, and blockers early.
• Use field systems including Buildertrend, CompanyCam, Google Drive, QuickBooks Time, LeanScaper AI, and Greenius.
• Apply coaching and training to improve your safety, quality, pace, and independence.
