Southern Landscape Group is seeking an Entry-Level Team Member to support maintenance, mowing, and installation activities. You will learn safety procedures, equipment use, and best practices while contributing to high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use Apple technology for time tracking and job management.
• Strong customer service abilities and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to learn safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review daily job assignments with Team Leader to understand work and expectations.
• Follow instructions and learn procedures, quality standards, and safe practices.
• Assist with mowing, edging, pruning, and bed maintenance.
• Support landscape installation and basic hardscape tasks under supervision.
• Operate basic hand tools and small equipment after instruction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site throughout the day.
• Observe properties and report safety concerns or improvement opportunities.
• Complete tasks efficiently to meet schedule, budget and quality goals.
