The Grounds Guys is seeking a Team Lead in Dublin, OH to guide a lawn and landscape crew, ensure quality work, and communicate with clients and management. The role emphasizes leadership, efficiency, and accountability in day-to-day field operations.

You will coordinate schedules, run morning and evening huddles, and maintain equipment while upholding professional client relations and company standards. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial mowing and landscape maintenance.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; professional on-site conduct.
