We are hiring a Landscape Architect Department Lead to support and contribute to the growth of our Landscape Architecture within the Baxter & Woodman Land Development department. As Landscape Architecture Department Lead, you will provide leadership for the growth, management, and delivery of landscape architecture, planning, and land development services. You will oversee project execution, mentor staff, strengthen client relationships, support business development initiatives, and help shape the strategic direction of the practice.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys balancing technical leadership, client service, project management, and team development within the Baxter and Woodman’s service area.
Salary range: $130,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
