We are hiring a Landscape Architect to support and contribute to the growth of our Landscape Architecture business throughout Baxter and Woodman’s service area. This role focuses on learning and growing your technical design skills while producing solid, high‑quality work. The selected candidate will help create landscape plans at the conceptual and schematic stages, assist in developing construction documents and contribute to delivering great service to our clients.
The candidate will help to support team goals, assist with internal coordination, and help facilitate sub‑consultant coordination, quality control, and project production (including construction documentation and specifications). They will also support coordination during design and construction activities.
The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
