Job summary

Garver LLC in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Landscape Architecture Intern to assist in planning, urban design, and landscape architecture across Garver's federal practice. You will work on site planning, trails, parks, streetscapes, and related projects while visiting various Garver sites across the country.

You'll be mentored by experienced professionals, gain real-world experience on federal projects, and participate in Garver's Launch program to build your network and skills.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.
• Detail-oriented with strong self-initiative to meet deadlines.
• Strong graphic, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, LandFX, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Preferred: Lumion or other rendering software.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and be mentored by experienced professionals and industry leaders.
• Gain real-world Landscape Architect experience through assisting with federal projects.
• Visit Garver project sites.
