Job summary

VHB is seeking a Landscape Architect Intern for Summer 2027 in the US East Coast region. The role supports the Landscape Architecture team with concept through construction design, graphics, and documentation.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop site plans, diagrams, and presentations. The intern will gain hands-on experience producing construction documents and cost estimates, while building technical skills in CAD/3D software, and presenting design ideas to project

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Landscape Architecture program, or related field.
• Intern/Co-op position for Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work with multi-disciplinary project teams, assisting in site design development from concept through construction
• Prepare graphics, by hand and by computer, for design development and presentations, including 3D models and diagrams
• Assist in producing construction documents: layout, materials, grading, planting plans and technical details
• Assist in preparing estimates of probable construction costs
• Assist with project construction administration tasks
