Job Description:

Halff is seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager in Houston. The candidate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage various landscape architectural projects, including parks, recreation, trails, urban parks, plazas, streetscapes, transportation enhancements, land development, and large-scale planning projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment to help clients plan, design, and implement projects.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction
  • Ability to lead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
  • Knowledge of producing CD sets, including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages
  • Experience with construction methodologies and implementation
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated
  • Ability to anticipate client and project needs
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent design skills
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microstation, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and GIS
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
  • Texas registration as a Professional Landscape Architect
  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Ability to travel periodically within the state to support project needs
