Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Landscape Architect to join the Raleigh team, contributing to residential, mixed-use, and urban development projects from concept through construction.

You will work with architects, planners, and designers in a collaborative studio, building client relationships and mentoring junior staff while expanding technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Raleigh-based with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture is preferred.
• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong design sensibility with excellent presentation and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering/graphics software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture drawings through all project phases.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and deliver design presentations for clients and review boards.
• Support project budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Conduct site visits and review construction documentation.
